The CBT series provides companies the opportunity to complete worker training and to record levels of competence of employees – a process which will subsequently ensure the provision of evidence of ́Due Diligenceî. The series represents a base minimum standard for the performance of tasks. The criterion applied to each written procedure is that it must be ́the safest and most productive means of performing that task.î
